Mission

  • To provide advanced specialized medical services for treatment and rehabilitation through qualified medical personnel, modern medical sciences and technologies, and high-quality service systems that meet the standards of the Ministry of Public Health’s quality hospitals as well as international standards.
  • To generate knowledge, research, and innovation for continuous development of healthcare service systems, and to disseminate such knowledge for application in improving services within the health service network, towards achieving standardized medical services capable of delivering high-quality, equitable, and continuous care in cancer treatment, cardiovascular diseases, and surgical services, while reducing disparities in access to healthcare.
  • To enhance health literacy among the public, civil society, and partners across all sectors, enabling individuals and communities to effectively care for their own health and to collaboratively manage health threats within families and communities, leading to a well-informed and healthy society.
  • To promote and support the development of medical and public health personnel, as well as the advancement of medical treatment and rehabilitation across health networks, civil society networks, and partner organizations both within and beyond the health system, fostering participation in service delivery and driving health missions in patient care and governance with efficiency and effectiveness.
